This page is for manual account deletion requests in exceptional circumstances. In most cases, you can easily delete your account directly within the Wikivec app through Settings → Account → Delete Account. The in-app process is faster and more convenient.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page provides information on how to submit a request and what to expect during the process.

1How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Wikivec account, please send an email to our support team at support@wikivec.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

In your email, please include the following information to help us identify your account:

Your registered email address
Your username (if applicable)
Any other relevant account identifiers

2What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once we receive your request, we will:

Verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests
Confirm the scope of the deletion (e.g., specific data or the entire account)
Proceed with deleting your personal data from our active systems within 30 days of verifying your request, unless retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes

3Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., financial records, regulatory requirements)
Dispute resolution
Enforcement of our agreements
Anonymized or aggregated data that does not personally identify you

We will inform you if any of your data cannot be deleted and the reasons why.

4Confirmation of Deletion
